A Hopeless Fool

I dreamt of mountains, I dreamt of holes

I felt the solitude of my soul

I saw the matter of my heart

A softly voice was telling me: restart!

It was the darkest hour of the night

The moonlight overhead was shining bright

From the deep blue ocean of my mind

I saw you, standing on the other side

I hope that you can see me, too

A hopeless fool, just thinking blue

I hope that you can hear me cry

And maybe you could, maybe you could –

Maybe you could help me – out of this big lie
